190C Thermostat

Finally got my Gaggia back up and running after swapping this in; the 190°C cutoff is spot on for proper steam pressure. Brewing temperature is now stable throughout the whole shot.

The 190°C rating on this thermostat is spot-on—my espresso shots are pulling at a consistent temperature now. Installed it in about ten minutes and the machine hasn't overheated once since.

My old thermostat died mid-shot, but this 190°C replacement clicked right in and got my machine back to brewing consistent temperature. The part feels solid and has kept my espresso steady without any overheating issues.
