I’ve been using this espresso as my morning base, and the balance is fantastic—rich without being bitter. The wet-dry processing seems to make a difference, giving it a smooth, consistent crema every time.

The chocolate notes really come through in the cup, making for a smooth espresso that doesn't need sugar. I've been pulling shots at home and the crema is consistently thick. Cuts through milk beautifully for a latte.

This wet-dry process gives the beans a super clean finish that I never get from my usual dark roasts. The balanced body pairs perfectly with my morning milk drink without turning bitter.
