홀 라떼 러브 콜롬비아 톨리마 싱글 오리진 홀빈 커피

First bag I’ve opened from this region and the clean, smooth cup is exactly what they describe—no bitterness at all. The 1,600-1,800m elevation really shows in the delicate body. Already planning my next order.

I usually prefer darker roasts, but the washed Castillo and Caturra beans here have such a clean, bright flavor that I've been enjoying it black every morning.

The smoothness of these beans is exactly what I was hoping for—zero bitterness in my morning pour-over. Knowing they’re grown at that high elevation explains the clean, delicate flavor without any harshness.
