Whole Latte Love 과테말라 우에우에테낭고 싱글 오리진 홀빈 커피

The blend of Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra beans gives this coffee a smooth body that works great for my morning pour-over. First batch I've tried from Huehuetenango and it's noticeably richer than other Central American roasts I've had.

Finally, a single origin that actually tastes like the high altitude it's grown at—the beans are dense and rich without any bitterness. I've been brewing it as a pour-over and the washed Bourbon really shines through with a clean, comforting finish. Definitely found my new morning go-to.

I've been brewing this Guatemalan single origin for a few weeks now, and the body is nicely balanced with a clean finish. Only wish the roast date was printed on the bag for freshness.
