Caffewerks 58mm Stainless Steel Backflush Disc Overview
The Caffewerks Blind/Back Flushing Disk for 58mm portafilters is a portafilter basket with no holes that takes the headache out of the backflushing process. Backflushing, which is the process of utilizing pressure to clean out shower screens, brew groups and three-way valves, helps remove old coffee oils and deposits that can cause coffee to taste bitter and rancid.
