E&B Lab 經典摩卡壺 - 1杯

The aluminum body feels solid in my hand, and the Italian craftsmanship really shows in the seams. Brews a surprisingly rich little cup for a single-serving pot, and cleanup takes less than a minute.

The valve releases pressure exactly as it should, and that Italian-made base sits rock solid on the stove. My first cup came out with a rich crema that surprised me for such a tiny pot.

Finally makes the perfect single shot of espresso, just like I remember from my trip to Italy. The assembly is straightforward, and it sits nicely on my small stovetop burner.
