Installed it this weekend and the fit was absolutely perfect, no wrestling or shimming needed. The machine is pulling shots with steady, solid heat again after a few days of use, so it's doing its job flawlessly. If you own a Pro 800, this is the part you want when it's time to swap out the old one.

Was a bit nervous about installing a heating element myself, but the fit on my Pro 800 was absolutely perfect—no modification needed. Machine's been pulling consistent shots every morning since, and it arrived in solid packaging with nothing bent or damaged.

Ordered this to get my machine back up and running, and it arrived with the same exact threading as the original. The heating element itself feels solid and the included gasket was a nice touch. Fixed the brew temperature issue I was having, so my espresso's back to being properly hot.
