The jasmine note is surprisingly delicate and balances the hazelnut perfectly without being floral or overpowering. I've been brewing this as a morning pour-over and the sweetness comes through even black.

The toasted hazelnut flavor really comes through in the crema, and the beans smell incredible when grinding. This is my new go-to for afternoon espresso.
