Maromas Orphea 全豆濃縮咖啡

First pulled this as my afternoon pick-me-up and drank it black, which never happens with me and espresso. The sweetness comes through on its own, no sugar needed, and it finishes clean enough that I didn't miss that lingering sugary aftertaste at all.

The crema on this espresso is so thick and velvety that it completely changes the experience. I've finally found a roast rich enough to drink black without any bitterness.

I used to need sugar to drink espresso, but this blend is so smooth that I've been drinking it black since the first cup. The crema it produces is incredibly thick and long-lasting, which really surprised me.
