The 80/20 blend is just right—bold enough for my morning espresso but smooth enough to drink black. I’ve been through two bags now and it’s consistently fresh and rich.

The organic certification gives me peace of mind, and the 80/20 blend has a nice balance of rich flavor without being too acidic. I’d say it’s a solid everyday coffee, though it’s a tad pricier than some similar options I’ve tried.

The 80/20 blend of Arabica and Robusta gives it a nice, strong body without being too bitter. I just wish the bag had a resealable zipper to keep the beans fresher between uses.
