The crema on this Doppio is thick and lasts right through the last sip, which I've struggled to get with other single-origin beans. It pulls a balanced shot with a smooth, almost sweet finish.

After trying a dozen different beans for my espresso machine, this blend from Rome finally gives me that thick, syrupy mouthfeel I’ve been chasing. The East African beans add a nice brightness that cuts through the Colombian and Brazilian richness perfectly. I’ve already ordered another bag.

The crema on this Doppio Espresso is incredible, thick and golden after every pull. I've been dialing in the grind for my machine and the blend of washed Arabica beans from East Africa and Colombia gives it a smooth, balanced finish.
