Gaggia Intenso 全豆 espresso - 2.2 lb

This is the first bag of whole bean I've bought in a while, and the 65/35 arabica/robusta blend gives it a bold, thick crema that holds up nicely in my morning cortado. The hazelnut and cocoa finish is subtle but keeps things interesting without being sweet.

The cocoa and hazelnut notes really come through in the crema—it’s smoother than my last bag. This roast holds up beautifully in my morning latte without turning bitter.
