Illy 摩卡咖啡研磨

The crema that forms on top is exactly what you want from a moka pot, and the smoothness carries through without any bitter bite. I've tried a few 100% arabica grounds before, but this one consistently brews a richer, fuller cup.

This coffee makes the absolute best moka pot brew I've had at home — the grind is perfectly consistent for that stovetop method. The 100% arabica beans give it a smooth, rich body without any bitterness.

Switched from a darker roast to this one for my stovetop maker, and the smoother, richer body was immediately noticeable. It's a solid daily driver, though I wish the grind were just a tad finer for my particular pot.
