The crema on this is thick and persistent, which tells me the Robusta is doing its job. Roasted dark but not bitter, it brews a cup that holds up to milk without disappearing.

The Indian Robusta addition gives this blend a noticeable richness that lingers nicely in the finish. My morning espresso shots have a deep, balanced body without any harsh bitterness.
