Maromas Marmea 全豆濃縮咖啡

Pulled my first shot with these and the crema was so rich it looked like melted caramel sitting on top. It’s got that bold, tobacco-like depth but zero bitterness sneaking through, which is exactly what I want in a morning espresso.

This bean’s crema is genuinely thick and dark, just as described—my morning latte looked almost caramel-colored. The tobacco note comes through smooth without any harshness, and it’s a solid everyday espresso that wakes me up right.

I was hoping for a slightly stronger crema, but the richness is definitely there—it’s smooth and not bitter at all. The tobacco notes come through nicely in the finish without being overwhelming.
